Stuff The Bus

The Angel Fund is pleased to announce its 18th Annual Stuff the Bus fundraiser. Did you know that the average cost per year for a child's school supplies in elementary school is $70-$80 and between $90-$100 for middle school and high school? This cost often results in parents having to choose between clothes, supplies and considerations for extra-curricular activities. Stuff the Bus helps to level the playing field for school children in Helena and surrounding areas who would otherwise be unable to afford the basic necessities so essential to academic success.

In lieu of school supplies this year, Angel Fund will again be giving monetary grant assistance to schools in the Helena area to purchase school supplies. Donations for students in need are even more important than ever. Our goal is to help 1400 students by raising over $60,000.

In lieu of purchasing school supplies, you can NOW give on-line for Stuff the Bus school supplies this fall. Please press the button below to make a donation.

You can also mail a check to: PO Box 7436, Helena, MT 59604. Please make out checks to the Angel Fund. Or stop by Valley Bank and make a deposit in our “Stuff the Bus” matched account.

Again this year, Valley Bank will be generously sponsoring a matching grant of up to $5,000 for donations collected at their banks - we are so thankful for their partnership!

The Stuff the Bus campaign this year will run through August 2nd. Grants to schools will be distributed the week of August 5th. Thank you for your continued support of our Helena area students for 18 years!

If you need school supplies, please contact your child’s school the week before school starts . If you are a home-school student and need supplies, please contact your neighborhood school.
